To fix this issue, please do the following:

(1. Go to steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=311797989
(2. Subscribe to all of the addons.
(3. Restart your Garry's Mod Client
(4. Log back into Arcadia Gaming's Server.
